About

In a competitive industry and talent market, Brown Brothers Harriman realized the importance of offering their employees access to a comprehensive mental health solution. Even before the pandemic, they created an employee well-being strategy to support employees' physical, personal, and financial health and growth.

Join Sandi Stein, Global Head of Benefits, Brown Brothers Harriman, and Sean McBride, VP of Partnerships, Lyra Health to learn why BBH recognized that now is the time to switch to a solution that supports their employees and their families with a wide range of mental health needs.

In this webinar you'll hear:

  • How BBH faced access and quality challenges with their legacy benefits and why they needed to make the change now
  • Why fast access to quality care was important as mental health issues related to the pandemic spiked for their employees and their family members
  • Employee reaction to the changes, results they've seen from the expanded benefit, and what's next for their behavioral health program
  • How they're tackling mental health stigma and creating a culture of openness

This webinar will be recorded. Not able to attend live? Register anyway, and we'll share a copy of the recording.
